Motivational Music or Stone Cold Silence? Which do you prefer at work?

The nights are drawing in and I for one, am finding it ever more difficult to get out of my toasty bed each morning. But I know that playing some motivational music is guaranteed to get me out of bed and feeling happy!

If you use your phone as your alarm clock, try setting one of your favourite upbeat songs as the alarm. It's a great way to put you in a good mood each morning. Although, we must warn you that after a few weeks it probably won't be one of your favourite songs any more. So, make sure you have a few song options you can rotate.

Reenergise your afternoon

When you get back to work after lunch it's easy to feel tired, as your body will be using energy to digest your food.* So listening to some feel good music, will be sure to liven you up ready for the rest of your working day.

Prefer working in silence?

If you're somebody who struggles to work with noise around you, why not try a music for concentration playlist? Or, you could always invest in some noise cancelling headphones?
